生産管理リーダー（AI半導体／AIサーバーODM生産管理）

PFNの最先端のAI向けASIC（特定用途向けIC）における、開発フェーズから量産化へと移行する重要な局面の中で、成長を支える生産管理体制の構築をリードする方を募集します。

■主な業務：

• 生産管理業務
  AI半導体・AIサーバー（国内/海外ODM）の生産管理ERPシステムの導入及び運用支援原価管理及び見積り評価製造委託先（国内/海外ODM）との調整・折衝

  世界最先端のAI開発プロジェクトに、生産管理の側面から深く関与できます。高い技術力を持ったチームメンバーと共に働き世界最先端のアクセラレータの開発に携わることができます。設立間もない生産管理機能の構築フェーズ（ゼロからイチ）を経験し、さらにグローバルな環境で働くことができます。

We are seeking a candidate who can lead the development of a robust production management system during this crucial transition phase for PFN's cutting-edge AI-focused ASICs as we are moving from development to mass production.

■Key Responsibilities:

• Production management operations
  Production management for AI semiconductors and AI servers (both domestic and overseas ODM contracts)Implementation and operational support for ERP systemsCost management and quotation evaluationCoordination and negotiations with manufacturing partners (domestic and overseas ODMs)
• Key points:
  You can have direct involvement in world-leading AI development projects.You can work alongside highly skilled team members to develop cutting-edge accelerator technologies.You can experience the early stages of establishing a production management function (from zero to one) while working in a global environment.

必須スキル

以下のいずれかにおける3年以上(目安)の実務経験

• 生産計画（需要予測・供給計画）の立案・管理
• 在庫管理・購買管理・リードタイム管理
• ERP生産管理モジュールの運用
• サーバー・電機・自動車等の業界における生産管理経験

At least 3 years of practical experience (approximate) in one of the following areas:

• Development and management of production planning (demand forecasting/supply planning)
• Inventory management, procurement management, and lead time control
• Operation of ERP production management modules
• Production management experience in the industries of semiconductor foundries, OSATs, or automotive

歓迎スキル

• ERP生産管理モジュールの導入経験（要件定義・設計・テスト・移行）
• マスタデータ設計（品目、BOM、工程、ロケーションなど）
• 運用フローの構築・標準化
• 半導体ファウンドリ/OSATの生産プロセスとリードタイム及びコスト構造の理解
• ファブレスメーカー等における、ODMに対する生産管理経験
• 海外企業との折衝経験、英語での業務に抵抗のない方

• Experience implementing ERP production management modules (including requirements definition, design, testing, and migration)
• Master data design (product items, bill of materials, processes, locations, etc.)
• Development and standardization of operational workflows
• Understanding of production processes, lead times, and cost structures in semiconductor foundry/OSAT operations
• Production management experience for ODM services in fabless manufacturers or similar environments
• Experience negotiating with overseas companies and no resistance to working in English
