• 品質管理業務
  AI半導体・AIサーバー（国内/海外ODM）の製造プロセス評価、品質基準の構築試作～量産までの工程設計レビュー、品質リスク評価、管理項目の選定不良解析・工程歩留まり改善品質データ分析と改善提案製造委託先（国内/海外ODM）との調整・折衝

We are seeking a member who can strengthen our quality management system by overseeing manufacturing process evaluation and improvement during PFN's crucial transition from development phase to mass production phase for our cutting-edge AI-focused ASICs.

■Key Responsibilities:

• Quality management operations
  Evaluation of manufacturing processes for AI semiconductors and AI servers (domestic/overseas ODM) and establishment of quality standardsReview of process designs from prototype to mass production, quality risk assessment, and selection of control parametersDefective analysis and process yield improvementQuality data analysis and proposal of improvement measuresCoordination and negotiations with manufacturing partners (domestic/overseas ODMs)

必須スキル

以下のいずれかにおける3年以上(目安)の実務経験

• 半導体関連企業、半導体装置・部材メーカーにおける生産技術或いは品質管理の実務経験
• サーバー・電機・自動車等の業界における生産技術あるいは品質管理の実務経験
• 上記いずれかの業界における不具合解析及び製造プロセス改善

At least 3 years (approximate) of relevant work experience in one of the following areas:

• Production technology or quality control experience in semiconductor-related companies, semiconductor equipment/component manufacturers
• Production technology or quality control experience in the IT/server, electronics, or automotive industries
• Fault analysis and manufacturing process improvement experience in any of the above industries
