製品設計（ODM開発推進）

PFNのAI半導体事業において、領域にとらわれず開発全体を横断的にリードする方を募集します。

■主な業務：

ODMベンダの選定やボード実装・評価プロセスの最適化に加え、仕様設計、冷却技術、構造設計など幅広い領域に踏み込み、社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進します。
スピード感のある環境の中で、スケジュール管理や技術課題の解決、各種契約のリードを含め、設計から製造までを一気通貫で担うポジションです。

We are seeking an individual who can lead comprehensive development efforts across various domains within PFN's AI semiconductor business.
This role involves not only selecting ODM vendors and optimizing board implementation/evaluation processes but also delving into diverse areas including specification design, thermal management technologies, and structural design. You will be responsible for driving projects forward while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
In this fast-paced environment, you will handle end-to-end responsibilities from design to manufacturing, including schedule management, technical problem-solving, and leading various contract negotiations.

必須スキル

以下のいずれかにおける5年以上(目安)の実務経験

• コンピューターシステム(サーバー・ストレージなど)の開発経験
• 複数部門・外部パートナーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (approximate) in:

• Development of computer systems (servers, storage, etc.)
• Project management involving multiple departments and external partners

歓迎スキル

• ODM・EMSを活用した装置開発経験
• ハードウェアセキュリティに関する知識
• サーバー運用・保守経験
• 半導体（ASIC）開発プロセスへの理解、開発経験

• Experience in developing equipment using ODM/EMS
• Knowledge of hardware security
• Server operation and maintenance experience
• Understanding of semiconductor (ASIC) development processes and relevant development experience
